Late Policy
I understand that sometimes running late can’t be avoided. However, running late doesn’t prevent you from notifying me in advance. In any event in which you are running late, requires you to reach out and inform me of the delay. Anytime after the schedule appointment will be subjected to a $1 late fee per minute and must be paid prior to service. Anything after 20 minutes will be cancelled and the $20.00  deposit is nonrefundable. 

Make It Right Policy
If you don’t absolutely love your service from The Lash Goat Tech, we will make it right. We want every woman to have the absolute best experience with our services. Should you not love your new lashes, for whatever reason, please contact us by phone within 5 days of your appointment and I will be happy to have a follow up appointment with you, free of charge to resolve any issues.

Guest Policy
My business is a home based business offering a soothing environment for all clients. Keeping this in mind, I do not allow guest, children or pest to accompany you to your appointment. This policy is also for the safety of your children or pet, as you will not be able to attend to your children or pets during the appointment. I will not be able to accommodate you in this area. If you show up with extra guest, the appointment is cancelled and the $20 deposit is nonrefundable.  

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment please do so more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 (2 days) your $20 deposit is nonrefundable.
